Learn More About Me:

Jaime Kadylak, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Slippery Rock University.  Jaime has 11 years of working within the mental health field serving her hometown community and surrounding areas.  Prior to earning her Master’s degree, Jaime served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years.  Jaime is highly compassionate and dedicated to creating greater ease in your healing process, assisting you to venture deeper into understanding the “how and why” behind life’s challenges.  Jaime will aid in facilitating your personal wellness and healing journey by creating a positive forward motion, belief in one’s self, and a gained ability to rise above.

Jaime has a specialization in adult counseling although she provides mental health therapy to teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families.  Jaime incorporates a variety of methods and techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Art and Music, and Mindful and Holistic therapies.  Jaime makes use of an eclectic therapy approach that draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to address individual client needs.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling.  She facilitates her own self care through yoga, spending time in nature, and benefitting from hiking, kayaking, biking and walking her dogs.  Jaime has a strong faith and spiritual belief that can be utilized within the therapy approach if desired by the client.

Jaime is looking forward to assisting you in “Bridging the Gap” by helping you process through difficulties, visualize your desired outcome, and take steps to reach your goals.
