Learn More About Me:

Jessica has been actively involved in the mental health field since 2009.  Since earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Edinboro University, Jessica has worked both inpatient and outpatient for substance abuse and mental health needs.  Jessica works from a holistic approach with a focus on the mind-body connection utilizing eclectic techniques.  Jessica is a strong proponent of the power of community and finding internal and external resources.  Her clientele has included individuals, families, and groups ages 5 to 80.  Prior to pursuing counseling, Jessica was an art major and uses this creativity in session especially when working with children.

Outside of the office, you will find Jessica cheering on her family at their activities whether they are sports or the arts. Jessica also enjoys reading, baking, movies, traveling, hobby farming, and spending quality time with family. Jessica enjoys being a part of the community and being involved in ways to help it thrive. Jessica practices self-care with these hobbies and interests as well as focuses on her spiritual connection and mindfulness meditation practices.

  • IN WHICH STATES DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR THERAPY SERVICES?
    We currently provide our services to residents in the state of Pennsylvania. We offer in-person counseling at our Edinboro, PA offices, and virtual counseling across all of Pennsylvania.
  • DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON COUNSELING?
    Yes! We offer in-person counseling at our Edinboro, PA offices. We also offer high quality video therapy sessions across all of Pennsylvania.
  • DO YOU NEED TO BE LOCATED IN PENNSYLVANIA TO SEE ONE OF OUR THERAPISTS?
    Yes, you currently do need to be physically located in Pennsylvania during your therapy session. However, if you reside in a state close to the Pennsylvania border, you may be able to attend your therapy session from a parked vehicle or other static location in Pennsylvania as long as you are in physically in Pennsylvania at the time of your session.
  • WHAT IS THE LENGTH AND FREQUENCY OF THE THERAPY SESSIONS?
    Standard sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes and can take place on a weekly, bi-weekly basis, or monthly basis depending on your particular needs/wants.
  • CAN ANYONE GET THERAPY ONLINE?
    Yes anyone can receive online counseling as long as you have a smartphone, tablet, or computer and access to the internet. Online therapy has been found to be just as effective as in-person treatment for adults, young adults, and teenagers.
